This foundational course in Ayurveda Dietetics introduces practitioners and students to the classical principles of food, digestion, and nutrition from an Ayurvedic perspective. - Concept of Virya (Potency): Hot and Cold Virya Relation between Rasa and Viry
- Concept of Vipaka (Post-Digestive Effect): o Relationship between Rasa, Vipaka with Dosha, Dhatu and Mala o Sweet, Sour, and Pungent Vipaka
- Concept of Prabhava (Unique Action): o Understanding specific and exceptional actions of foods
Module 2 - Laws of Ayurveda Dietetics
This module focuses on the guiding rules, combinations, and rituals of cooking and consumption of food according to classical Ayurveda texts

Module 3 - Digestion, Metabolism and Nutrition
This module explains the Ayurvedic understanding of digestion and metabolism, emphasizing how imbalance leads to disease formation
