Terms and Conditions

By registering for and participating in any course offered by Arya Ayurveda Academia, the participant (“the learner”) agrees to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Declaration of Information

The learner confirms that all information provided during registration is true, accurate, and complete to the best of their knowledge and belief. The institution reserves the right to cancel admission if any information is found to be false or misleading.

2. Course Participation

The learner agrees to:

• Attend sessions as per the schedule communicated by the institution
• Devote adequate time for self-study throughout all modules
• Participate in assessments conducted during the course

3. Fees Policy

• The full course fee must be paid within the stipulated timeline.
• All fees paid are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
• Fees cannot be transferred or adjusted for:
• Future batches of the same course
• Any other course
• Any other participant, colleague, friend, or family member

In case of withdrawal or drop-out from the course, with or without written permission from the institute, no refund or fee adjustment shall be provided.

4. Course Materials & Recordings

• Any course materials provided, including but not limited to recording links, videos, notes, presentations, and assessments, are for personal use only.
• Course materials are non-transferable and must not be shared, copied, reproduced, or distributed in any form without prior written permission from the organising authority.
• Recording links, if provided, will be accessible only for the duration specified by the institute and as per official communication.
• The institute reserves the right to take appropriate action in case of misuse or unauthorised sharing of course content.

5. Certification & Professional Status

The course is intended solely for educational and knowledge-enhancement purposes.

• Completion of the course does not confer any specialist, professional, or clinical title, including but not limited to:

1. Ayurveda Neurologist
2. Psychiatrist
3. Doctor
4. Pharmacist
5. Ayurveda Gynaecologist
6. Ayurveda Gastroenterologist
7. Herbalist
8. Ayurveda Obstetrician
9. Physician

The certificate issued upon completion is not a recognised medical qualification.

6. Institutional Status

• The learner acknowledges that Arya Ayurveda Academia:
• Is neither a medical college nor a university
• Does not offer courses under any university or statutory recognition

7. Feedback & Testimonials

The learner grants consent to Arya Ayurveda Academia to use feedback, testimonials, or reviews and pictures voluntarily submitted by the learner for reports, publications, marketing, or promotional purposes.

8. Intellectual Property

All course content remains the intellectual property of Arya Ayurveda Academia. Unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution may result in disciplinary or legal action.

9. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in the course and/or making payment, the learner confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full.
